Technology and Information Systems (IS/IT) play an increasingly important role in the day-to-day operations of companies. For this reason, CodeSyntax, in collaboration with the Deusto Business School of the University of Deusto, has taught the Information Systems course to hundreds of students. During the 2025–26 academic year, I was responsible for the classes taught in English. In previous years, my colleague Eneko Astigarra also took part by teaching the course in Basque.

This year for the first time CodeSyntax has attended the Odoo Experience 2019 in Louvain la Neuve (Belgium) from the 2nd to the 4th of October. Odoo is an open source ERP, developed in Python, and although it’s been years since it first started it has been gaining relevance very quickly these last years.
