From October 10 to 16, the Plone 2022 Conference, has taken place in Namur, Belgium with 300 participants from 30 countries. Training, talks, sprint, whatever you want about Plone. But the annual conference is remembered chiefly as an excellent opportunity for the Plone Community to share new developments, discuss success stories, and continue to shape the future of the community. Once again CodeSyntax attended PloneConf with his team, 6 people of our Plone experts (Mikel, Lur, Nagore, Ion, Unai, Gorka) were in Namur.

The Lisbon convention is considered the largest Open Source event in Portugal and also a worldwide reference. This year Open Source Lisbon 2019 took place on October 4th at Centro Cultural de Belém.

Successful Librecon Open Source conference

Bilbao has been for two days, November 21st - 22nd, a reference hub for the dissemination of the avant-garde technologies based on open code. LIBRECON powered by CEBIT, one of the most prominent European events on open technologies, has brought together in the Euskalduna Conference Centre in Bilbao more than 1200 participants from 600 companies, 70 presentations from outstanding experts and to 40 exhibitor companies, all references in the ICT sector based on open code.

In November 2018, the Euroregion New Aquitaine - Navarre - Euskadi hosts two important events on free software and open technologies: November 6 - 7 in Bordeaux B-BOOST Open Source International Convention (Business Opportunities with Open Source Technologies) and November 21 - 22 in Bilbao, LIBRECON Powered by CEBIT, the reference international event in the south of Europe of the open technologies sector applied to strategic sectors of the economy. CodeSyntax, our company, and ESLE, our open source association, will be present at both successful events.
